- Player-coach delivery. Founding product hire at NextGen AI, co-managing 7 developers across three countries and running product management end to end: sprints, tickets, release planning, and roadmap. I turn product ambiguity into sprint-ready workflows, lifecycle states, and release plans.
- Design systems as the contract. Two WCAG AA design systems shipped from zero, with accessibility tokens enforced at the system level instead of retrofitted at ship time, so developers move faster with clearer design-system rules.
- Hiring and mentoring. Recruited, interviewed, hired, and mentored 5 designers since 2021 across GWSK, Apply to Education, and Say Yeah, supporting them through critique, onboarding, and quality control.
- Revenue clarity. Influenced $150K+ closed revenue and $1M+ expansion pipeline by turning discovery into workflow diagrams buyers signed off on. That sign-off opened the pipeline and a white-label platform now in a client's internal review.
- Studio and ventures. Founded GWSK Product Studio and co-founded Drumlin, the venture behind Package-Master: infrastructure that helps teams running large fleets of Linux servers prove their software is safe and untampered, turning security reviews and audits into reusable, signed evidence. Selected for Altitude Accelerator's Market Readiness Program. Presented at Canada's first Defence Tech Hackathon. Covered by The Globe and Mail.

I lead through artifacts and cadence, not org charts. I work upstream of screens where the workflow is the product, procurement is real, and the demo has to survive contact with operators. My work saves time by making decisions visible before they become rework.

Toronto-based, Canadian citizen. Open to relocation, hybrid or remote across Canada and the US. TN-eligible and NEXUS-approved, so I can start in weeks, not months. For US roles I qualify for a TN visa: a work permit for Canadian professionals that can be approved in under 24 hours with an offer letter, has no annual cap, and costs an employer nothing to sponsor. As a NEXUS holder, I also cross the US border quickly.
